Network Service Agreement

Hi and thank you for choosing Lantern Tech for your IT needs! Below outlines what the Network Management service offers and what is needed for this service to work properly.


The Network Management service is a comprehensive management of your home or business’s network. Everything from the Ethernet port, switches, routers, and Wireless Access Points (WAPs). This does not include end-user devices; for example: computers, phones, printers, and/or tablets. Your Internet Service Provider’s (ISP) modem and/or equipment is serviced as “best effort”. This service entitles the client to the Loyalty+ plan. This plan gives you 10% off future labor charges, access to blog posts located on https://lantern.technology, and free maintenance on your network. This maintenance includes Wi-Fi password recovery, SSID name changes, VLANs, updates to network software and firmware, monitoring of network, and consults for further improvements to network.


The necessities for this to work is listed below.

  • Active power to networking equipment.

  • Active Internet connection

  • Permission to access and review your network.

    • Includes and is not limited to the following.

  • Network traffic.

  • Connected clients.

  • Passwords to networking equipment and Wi-Fi.

  • IP addresses

  • Access to network remotely 

  • Practical physical access to networking equipment

  • Permission to use your name, address, equipment make and model, and IP’s for diagnostic purposes (for you ISP).

  • Your curiosity for your network and for IT.


All information gained or gathered is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third-party without prior permission by the client.

As a Loyalty+ member you will have information about different tech reviews, videos, smart home automations, home networking guides, and a community forum. The above-mentioned service is for the client, for the specified location. For a term of 1 year from the date of payment of the subscription. All sales go through SquareUp. There are no refunds and the discounts do not stack. Meaning, if there is a sale on labor of higher than 10%, then the discount defaults to the higher amount; if less. the labor discount defaults to the original 10%.
